Participant Recruitment and Retention in Studies

This short course is aimed at study coordinators, investigators, research nurses, project managers, managers, and any person in the clinical research team who is involved in the planning or implementation of recruitment and retention of study participants.

The focus is on applying GCP principles in the field, on the translation of policies and guidelines into practical steps, and a pragmatic methodical integrated approach.

  • the course participant has 5 working days in which to complete the course from the time of activation.
  • can be completed all at once, or you can return and resume as many times as you need to
  • to get the most out of this course, we highly recommend that participants have completed a prior GCP course.
  • your certificate can be downloaded immediately upon successful completion of the course
  • average completion time is likely to be between 1 and 4 hours in total

CPD points are organised through the HPCSA accreditation process.
