Terms & Conditions
The applicant’s registration will only be confirmed once an online registration and proof of payment have been received. A 50% deposit or PO number is required at least 7 days prior to the course date. This will secure the booking on the course. Successful participants will receive their Accredited Certificates in electronic format and/or hard copy, if required. The hard copy of the certificate will be posted via standard mail. Certificates will only be provided to participants who:
- met the minimum requirements of the course
- have no outstanding account with CREDE (pty)Ltd
A cancellation fee of 50% will be levied on the cancellation of a confirmed registration within 7 (seven) days of the course and 100% for a no-show (Cape Town Courses).
A cancellation fee of 100% will be levied on the cancellation of a confirmed registration within 7 (seven) days of the course or for a no-show (Open courses organized in all other areas).
CREDE reserves the right to change course dates without prior notification.
