Terms & Conditions
Registration and payment for any, in person (at a venue) Face-to-Face (F2F) courses close 2 weeks prior to the date.
The applicant’s attendance will only be confirmed once an online registration and proof of payment have been received. A 50% deposit or PO number is required at least 7 days prior to the course date. This will secure the booking on the course.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be levied on the cancellation of a confirmed registration within 7 (seven) days of the course and 100% for a no-show (Cape Town Courses).
A cancellation fee of 100% will be levied on the cancellation of a confirmed registration within 7 (seven) days of the course or for a no-show (Open courses organized in all other areas).
Online, self-paced or Virtual, live courses must be paid in full or confirmed with a PO from their organisations before access to these courses will be provided or allowed.
Successful participants will receive their Accredited Certificates in electronic format.
Certificates will only be provided to participants who:
- met the minimum requirements of the course
- have no outstanding account with CREDE (pty)Ltd
CREDE reserves the right to change course dates without prior notification for any open course.
